Tugu Hotels' Anhar Setjadibrata again capitalizes on his love of Indonesian heritage to create an enchanting venue laden with sumptuous antiques. Lara Djonggrang - The food is based on royal journeys made by King Hayam Wuruk, who ruled the kingdom of Majapahit in the 14th century.
The voice of an old woman with a thick Javanese accent calls out, "Pecel, mister? Pecel for lunch?" Then the stubby figure comes into view.
