6:00 PM “Pijitan” Lara Djonggrang : This stress releasing massage soothes the muscles and relaxes the mind, it finishes with a warming ginger infusion.
7:30 PM Dinner : Red bell pepper Quesadilla Soup served with vegetarian bean cake. This meal will boost energy levels and stimulate the blood.
8:30 PM Silent Meditation : Before the day ends chose a place within our resort that you feel will bring you a sense of calm and peace, under a statue of one of the ancient Hindu deities, by the placid lotus pond, the edge of the ocean or in the privacy of your suite. Take twenty minutes of gentle breathing to consider gratitude, the service you have given yourself by taking the time to acknowledge your physical and mental well bring and your spiritual awareness and allow yourself to feel good about yourself, to continue to nurture and care for yourself in ways that serve you best.

2:00 PM Physical Pursuits : Sea canoeing/paddle boarding: Upper body and respiratory functions are in action during this enjoyable and challenging workout that takes place on the ocean

7:30 PM Dinner : Curried Coconut soup – filling and satisfying the tender young coconut and curry spices combine to create a delightful flavour. Whole wheat fettucine served with a pure tomato sauce.

6:00 PM “Pijtan” Dandang Watoe : A mantra and hot stone treatment that uses stones sourced from the yang Tze River in China and the Gunung Kidul in Central JavaThis warming massage is directed to specific body parts and accompanied by chanting, it finishes with a warming ginger infusion.
7:30 PM Dinner : Carrot and sweet potato bisque – rich in fibres and vitamins followed by a mix of steamed vegetables with basil and garlic oil served with brown rice. Brown rice absorbs other elements through slow digestion and cleanses internally.

 7:30 PM  DinnerClear soup with cabbage and tumeric served with potatoes in olive oil and basil. It is Day Three and your body will be adjusting to your new routine, the cabbage soup compliments the brown rice of Day Two by gently cleansing the elimination system of the body

1:00 PM Lunch : Shitake mushrooms and corn salad with salad vegetables served with a tamarind, palm sugar and balsamic dressing. The definition of taste and texture is very clear in this dish and you may notice a new delight and enhancement of flavours occurring in your de-tox.

1:00 PM LunchMelon and Papaya Salad with an apple cider vinegar dressing: A beautiful balance of sweet and sour taste that will stimulate the energies of the body.

The goal of the detox program is to clean the body from the waste that had been accumulated over the time. By promoting the fruits and vegetables, we are trying to eliminate processed food that bringS toxins and poison the cells. This program has been made to show you that you can find pleasure in fruits and vegetables, but you can go back to eat fish, meat (red meat in a reasonable amount), dairy productS – yoghurt, cheese, eggs (avoid fresh cow milk as much as possible it is easily replaceable by nut milk, almond, cashew). The secret of a good diet is to eat diversified, fresh food in a reasonable amount, avoiding processed industrial food full of added (hidden) sugar and oils.
